Amazing views but a few hiccups

The rooftop pool offered breathtaking sunsets every evening. Staff were prompt in addressing our issues and the spacious penthouse was a family haven, perfect for our needs.

Can just recommend for a weekend breather

Spacious room, clean amenities, the infinity pool was ideal for cooling off after a long day of exploring, and the easy beach access allowed for quick and enjoyable beach days right outside our door.

During my stay, I loved how convenient it was to stroll down to 5th Avenue for dining and shopping. The close proximity to Martina Beach Club made my beach days so easy and enjoyable.

Nice hotel with amenities like fast Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, staff helped me with plug adaptors, which I remember. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

But oh dear, the shower pressure was more like a sneeze than a spray! And watching my hair wash itself in a sink—well, that was a surprise twist I didn’t order!

Excellent location, but lacking supplies.

We had such a great time! The rooftop pool was just incredible for relaxing, and the two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. However, we wished there were more umbrellas by the pool for shade.

The roof top pool was fantastic for unwinding. The location was amazing with easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. Cleanliness was spot on and the staff were super helpful with tour bookings.

The location is close to 5th Avenue but just a short walk from the beach, making it super convenient. Enjoyed lounging on the private patio with cushioned benches. The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and a nice en suite bathroom. The living area was nicely furnished with comfortable seating. Internet access was free, although a bit slow. I appreciated the OXXO store right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials. However, I encountered several issues, like a missing frying pan and a lack of basic kitchen supplies. The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent. we had a day where it just wouldn’t cool the room properly but maintenance responded quickly. The cleaning service seemed to forget to replenish toiletries at times, which was inconvenient. The noise from nearby restaurants can be a bit loud at night, though it generally quieted down by 10 pm. Overall, a good stay, but management should really look into better room preparation.
